About Me
My journey began in the Coast Guard, where I developed a passion for search and rescue. Responding to emergencies taught me the value of solid planning and calm leadership—skills that have become central to my work with businesses.
My first venture into entrepreneurship was a learning experience. I quickly realized that passion alone wasn't enough to sustain a business. Determined to succeed, I pursued a degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship, later earning a Project Management certificate from the University of Washington. This knowledge propelled me from struggling with overdue bills to managing a $40 million program for the City of Seattle and becoming an international real estate investor.
Today, I help people navigate their challenges and build strategies for success. My approach is hands-on and practical, offering the kind of support I wish I had when starting out.
Search and Rescue taught me to plan rigorously and adapt fast

Community Leader: As Bremerton City Council President, I managed a $250 million budget, led a successful marketing campaign, and worked to improve city services through strategic planning and community engagement.
Real Estate Investor: I developed a unique investment strategy across single-family, multi-family, and short-term rentals, enabling a comfortable life for my family.
I like Building and Exploration
My career has been marked by diverse roles that deepened my understanding of how businesses, people and economies function. Here’s a snapshot of my journey:

Consultant and Problem Solver: Over 10 years, I’ve partnered with several small businesses and nonprofits, offering hands-on strategies for streamlining operations, testing new concepts, and guiding fiscal and board management to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. It's what I love to do.
My diverse experiences have given me unique insights into the challenges faced by leaders, whether they’re launching a startup, pivoting, or seeking an impact.
I’m here to help you chart a new course, transforming obstacles into opportunities for lasting success.
